Irreversibility of Memory: Due to the mathematical nature of LLM-based summarization, selectively deleting specific historical facts or statements from the consolidated long-term memory matrix is technically impossible. By interacting with Oreshka AI, you completely waive the right to request selective data erasure.
Third-Party Data Routing: Your inputs are dynamically routed through global third-party AI providers (including Google AI Studio and OpenRouter). Do NOT submit highly sensitive, private, financial, or legally protected information.
"As-Is" Provision: The service is provided for entertainment and developmental purposes "as-is", without warranties of any kind. The developer assumes zero liability for AI-generated outputs or permanent memory retention of data you voluntarily provide.
